Victorian Day Bed

This Victorian Day Bed is simply stunning.  It can be used as a child's bed, a lovely place for guests to sit or just as decoration.  Add the decorative mirror to really set it off!

Sherry and her daughter Sierra, love shopping at Checker Berry.  There's always something fun instore.  They love the selection of quilts and vintage clothing.

We had a great turnout for Bowdon's Daddy-Daughter Dance February 13th.  The girls were beautiful in their fancy dresses and had a wonderful time with their daddy's.  Don't forget to mark your calendar for next year for this annual event.

The Dance will be held at RSVP, 140 City Hall Ave, Suite A.  RSVP is located in the Bowdon Station shopping area and is directly across from God's Gym.

No Bake Honey Candy

1/2 c honey                                1 1/2 c raisins
1/2 c peanut butter                   1 1/2 c chopped pecans
1 c dry milk

Blend honey and peanut butter together in a bowl.  Gradually add dry milk, mixing well.  Mix in raisins and nuts.  Shape into log and refrigerate.  To serve, cut into 1/2 inch slices.  Store in fridge.

Variations:  dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, oatmeal, chocolate chips, walnuts, golden raisins for color.  Get creative.
